Tracking is the process of recording single or multiple instruments together or separately to form a song or performance. We have a wide selection of industry proven microphones, pre-amps, convertors and outboard to ensure every detail is captured in high fidelity and ready to be mixed. Our large 270m² live room is ideal for allowing physical distancing and offers easy ground floor access for loading in from our dedicated parking area.
	In the interest of reducing numbers we have developed a remote mixing service which allows artists to directly take part in the mixing process from their own home. Our engineers work from our control room meaning that artists still have access to the studio facilities such as outboard units, effects, synthesizers and our extensive plug-in library. We also offer a range of other audio services such as voice-over recording, audio editing, sound design and have facilities to back up old recordings from analog tape, ADAT and cassette.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, all activities at Dystopia are carried out in line with Scottish Goverment Guidelines for creative studios and shared workspaces.
